Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on blouses and tops if the original protective packaging has been removed. All other items in our collection (dresses, jeans, sweatshirts) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our address (provided in approval email) using a trackable method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
