Return Policy Details

• Return window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Non-returnable items: Blouses and tops without original protective packaging (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

   • Your order number
   • Reason for return
   • For exchanges: specify replacement items with sizes/colors
2. Wait for approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days
3. Package securely: Use original packaging and include all tags
4. Ship your return: Send to our address (provided in approval email) using a trackable method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
