We strive for accuracy in product descriptions (blouses, dresses, jeans, sweatshirts, and tops) but cannot guarantee colors will match exactly due to screen variations. Sizes may vary slightly by manufacturer.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors that may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and will send confirmation emails with tracking information.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete payment information and authorize us to charge all amounts to your selected payment method.

3.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel unprocessed orders by emailing [email protected]. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and remote areas. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Report undelivered or damaged packages within 48 hours to [email protected] with order details and photos of any damage.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, blouses and tops without original protective packaging cannot be returned.

5.2 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our Return Authorization Number (within 2 business days)
3. Ship items back with original packaging using a trackable method

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges

Follow the return process and specify desired exchange items. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. We’re not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect information.

6.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Use trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Dress N Tops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
